In celebration and recognition of Gay Marriage in New York State, we’ll be taking you on a mini tour to some of our favorite LGBT locations in NYC! Everyone loves to party and the gay community is no exception, in fact, they may be raising the bar. (Pun intended)
We’ll tour 3 areas of Manhattan: Hell’s Kitchen, the West Village, and Chelsea – very well-known and expanding NYC gay bar areas.
Our first stop is Bamboo 52 in HK.
• Bamboo52 has nine (yes nine!) hours of happy hour deals from 12p to 9pm every day. Bring friends along for a relaxed after-work cocktail and then stay for the trendiest DJs spinning Tuesday – Saturday until 4am. Start your night off right with some dancing and take a break for Sushi Happy Hour from 12a-2a, everyday! You have completed your first NYC gay bar hop stop!

Our next location, Therapy, is only steps away from Bamoo52.
• Therapy opened in May 2003 and has been hot on the scene ever since. Therapy has special events every day, including an open-mic style “Cattle Call” on Wednesdays. The weekends bring non-stop parties all night until 4am. On some Saturdays, gay pop artist Cazwell himself will DJ for the night! Therapy offers a diverse food menu and expansive seating on their 2 floors. Visit this NYC gay bar and be sure to check out the staircase and indoor trees!

Our next stop is the ever-so-famous, Posh.
• Posh is a NYC gay bar known for wildly entertaining parties, drinks, and dancing. Drag shows, local and national DJs, a fierce crowd and delicious bartenders create an enjoyable space to spend your night from Sunday – Monday. Arrive between 4pm and 9pm and be treated to all of your favorite drinks at half price. DJ’s kick off the party at 9pm every night and spin popular dance tunes until 4am. Moving on to the West Village, our first stop is the famous Stonewall!
• Stonewall is the NYC gay bar where it all began. The gay civil rights movement was pioneered right here at this bar. A local favorite and hot spot for tourists, you don’t want to miss Stonewall. Although they are closed on Saturday and Sunday, you can get 2-4-1 well, beer, and wine every weekday from 2pm – 8pm.

Stop number 5 on our tour is in Chelsea, Splashbar!
• Splash may be the most popular mega-club in NYC. With daily events and a constant influx of fresh performers and guest DJs, Splash NYC gay bar is one of the best places to end your night. Dance til 4am every day and get 2-4-1 drinks Monday – Saturday 4pm – 9pm. Upcoming guests include: Oh My Josh and Molly Pope. Be sure to hit up Splash on Thursdays for Campus night!
